Venue offers the ability to use your current internal credentials to authenticate to the site, negating the need for a separate Venue password during login. When logging in through www.dfsvenue.com, SSO users will see the same login page, where their e-mail address will be entered in the username field.

Instead of being re-directed to the password screen when clicking "Next," users will be directed through their internal login page if authentication is needed. This page will vary based on what has been established by the user's company.

Setting up SSO requires additional configurations with your domain so that Venue can be authenticated using internal credentials. To set up SSO for a company domain, please reach out to your sales representative or a member of the Venue Help team for more information. We recommend having an IT, compliance, or technical officer reach out as well to approve the necessary changes on your end. 

In some cases, a unique URL will be used in place of www.dfsvenue.com to accommodate any security restrictions on the user's side. If you are an existing SSO user and are unsure if you have a unique URL for logging in, please reach out to a member of the Venue team to confirm.
