After 60 days, you will be prompted to change your password. After 90 days, Venue will require you to update your password. You will receive an email with instructions when you attempt to log in to Venue.
If you forgot or need to reset your password, you can do so quickly from the login page.
Enter your username and click Next.
Select the Forgot password link.
Enter your email address and click Next. You will receive an email with a link to complete the password reset.
Click on the link in the email.
Enter your new password.
Click the arrow.
Your password is reset, and you can now log in to Venue.
